Is lunch included in the ticket price?
Lunch is included. And we have two scheduled refreshments breaks but if you need anything you will have access to refreshments all day - all included in the ticket price.
Can you cater for my dietary requirements?
Yes, we're sure we can.
Once you've bought your tickets you can fill in a form here which includes a question about your dietary requirements.
The hotel is very experienced with catering and we fully expect to be able to accommodate all dietary needs.
Is the venue accessible?
The hotel and all of our breakout rooms are fully accessible. Once you've booked your tickets you can complete the form here which includes a section on any accessibility requirements (just so that we can make sure we have everything covered on the day).
What's the nearest train station to the venue?
The nearest train station is Dorridge and this is approximately 1.5 miles away and a 30-minute walk.
This station is operated by Chiltern Railways and has a regular service to both London Marylebone and Birmingham Moor Street.

Can I park at the venue?
Hogarths Hotel has a large car park which is free for our delegates to park in.
Can I get a VAT receipt?
Yes, absolutely. Once you've booked your tickets we will email you to confirm you're registered. Just reply and let us know your company information and that you need a VAT receipt and we will email it over asap.
Can this count towards my CPD?
Yes. We will email you a certificate of attendance after the event so that you have evidence for your portfolio, accreditation or professional membership organisation.
